SAVIER SIGNS JANI LAITIALA AS IT’S NEWEST AM.
JANUARY 14,2002 PORTLAND, OREGON. Savier happily announces the addition of their newest team member, Finland native, Jani Laitiala. Jani joins the already well-respected team of Brian Anderson, Brad Staba, Tim O’Connor, and Stefan Janoski. Being only 17 and from Finland hasn’t stopped Jani from acquiring an impressive list of sponsors ranging from The Firm, Spitfire, Rusty, and now Savier. “Jani is going to amaze people,” states Savier team manager, Melissa Murphy. “ We’re extremely excited he decided to become part of the team. Now we just have to figure out how to pronounce his name.” Jani has the daunting task of following up Stefan Janoski, who will be turning pro February 2002, as Savier’s resident am. Savier doesn’t plan on making him take that challenge alone. Watch for more Savier team news to be coming shortly.
